Episode 3: Phidias HPC & the connection with the current European HPC Landscape

In this episode, we are going to step into another field to contextualise the role of the Phidias-HPC project in the European supercomputer scenario. What Phidias is bringing to the table? How is the project connected with already running and existing HPC initiatives and like-minded networks?

Phidias consortium member, Corentin Lefèvre, shows how the Phidias-HPC project can be regarded as a prototype and how it can seamlessly fit with the current European landscape, namely with initiatives such as EuroHPC Joint Undertaking or the EOSC. Moreover, Corentin outlines the long-term perspective and sustainability of the initiative, in conjunction with the development of a brand new generation of services and machines for scientists.
